from 986 reviewsI’ve been purchasing high quality tools for my new leather business. These knives were recommended by popular YouTube leather crafters and they are correct. These knives are very sharp and I’m sure they will hold up.
I'm using this set for a few days and I'm impressed. Edge Beveler is soooo smooth and the Lignum wood smells good. I made a little mistake and did not check its size, which is really small (I thought it is 0,5mm) and I'm glad of this mistake. I wouldnl't buy this small size on purpose but it's great. Skiver is also nice to use a nd the awl is sharp as it should be. Of course craftsmanship of these items are at highest level. Nice and mega usefull thing is this metal slicker/awl. I'm using it now as my main scratch awl and it's very comfy in usue. Overall - super tools and I'll buy some more soon.
Tool is just so easy to use, perfectly built and finished. It’s expensive but your work will benefit so much from it! I’d buy again
The stitching awl is great quality, fits beautifully in the hand. nice and sharp. The delivery was super fast.
Perfect in the hand beautiful craftsmanship perfect length only minor change I’d make is the tip is to sharp needle like for my preference as far as markings but I have adjusted that with sand paper an a good polish it’s definitely my go to now
Package came promptly with expedited shipping. The beveler is extremely sharp. I’m very pleased- will be ordering another one
Superb feel fit and finish. Well worth the investment
10mm French edger
Super sharp and beautiful looking
But, I need a bit of practice to get the hang of it
I'm satisfied and recommend it
Being a patriotic American, I will always purchase from American makers-all things being equal. But Palosanto are widely regarded as simply the best in the industry. I haven't used any other high-end bevelers to compare to. But the way it feels like the leather is literally pulling the Palosanto bevelers through itself is uncanny. It takes another skill needed to be learned and makes it nearly automatic. As long as you're watching it, the bevelers stays on-line. Chef's kiss, iykyk
The Palosanto mallet is perfect in every way. I especially like the weight (28 ounces/800 grams) and balance. It is also very attractive. It is certainly worth the price.
